ENROLLMENT

– Submission of abstracts is now open for those who wish to present at the event. Presentations will be in-person only and are open to graduate students, graduates, post-docs and professors until March 5th, 2024. Notification of abstract acceptance or rejection will be sent within 3 business days of submission. General enrollment must be carried out even by those who submit abstracts for presentation. A link for this will very soon be emailed to those who submit abstracts for presentation.

– General enrollment is now open to the audience in two modalities: in-person attendance and online attendance. There are three enrollment categories: (i) undergraduate students; (ii) postgraduate students; and (iii) professors, postdocs and postgraduate professionals.
